Remote Support

Would you like remote support for printing and scanning? Please call our office at (800) 551-4002 M-F 8:30AM-5PM to submit your request for remote support. Once submitted, a technician will call you to schedule your remote support session.

To prepare for your remote support session, please follow these step-by-step instructions:


Click here. You will be on a page that says “Loading Teamviewer Now” with a logo of Valley Office in the top left corner. You may be prompted to accept cookies, click yes if so.


A program named TeamviewerQS will begin downloading automatically. Once the program finishes downloading, click on it to run it.


A windows prompt will appear asking if you want to allow an app to make changes. Select Yes. Once the program begins running, please wait 30-60 seconds as the information is automatically generated and sent to one of our technicians. Your assigned technician will then connect and begin the remote session with you.
